      Is a spicy sauce for pasta made from garlic, cherry tomatoes, red chilli peppers and spring onion, cooked in olive oil and fresh basil.
    • Primavera (V)
      Sauteed brocolli, white onion, courgets, asparagus Olives, chery tomatoes, champignon and wild mushrooms in a creamy white wine sauce with a touch of tomato.
    • Burrata Napoletana (V)
      Rich Italian tomato based sauce with fresh basil garlic, chilli and herbs topped with a delicious Bufallo Burrata Chesse.
    • Pollo Siciliana
      A blend of chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spring onion and mushrooms in a creamy white wine sauce.
    • Bolognese
      A traditional Italian meat sauce.
    • Carbonara
      Smoked bacon, tossed in a velvety cream sauce with Parmesan,cracked pepper and finished with yolk egg.
    • Salsa al Salmone Affumicato
      An enticing combination of smoked salmon, spring onion spinach and cherry tomatoes in a creamy blue cheese and white wine sauce.

      Our traditional Italian pizza – mushrooms, red onion, mixed peppers, pepperoni, ham and chicken.
    • Carbonara
      Smoked bacon, tossed in a velvety cream sauce with Parmesan,cracked pepper and finished with yolk egg.
    • Mexican – Hot’n Spicy
      Pizza sauce topped with mozzarella, onions, roast peppers, jalapeños, egg and spicy ground beef.
    • Calzone
      Traditional folded pizza, filled with encasing mozzarella, ham, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion and fresh herbs.
    • Carne
      A meaty combination of pepperoni, chicken, ham, bacon and salami, topped with lashings of mozzarella cheese.

    Ricotta and spinach smothered with a choice of napoletana sauce or creamy white wine and cheese sauce

    Italian Risotto
    Traditional Italian Risotto with chicken, mushroom, mixed peppers and asparagus.

    Beef Lasagne
    Home- made, traditional Italian style lasagne, made with 100% steak minced beef. Served with Fries or Salad

    Vegan Lasagne
    Home- made, traditional Italian style lasagne, made with roasted vegetables. Served with Fries or Salad

  • Christmas Bookings Terms and Conditions

    We will make a provisional booking on your behalf, we then ask That you confirm your booking with
    1. Confirmation of your date by phone or e-mail: info@lacaverna.ie
    2. A non-refundable deposit of €10.00 per person within 10 days of the initial booking.
    3. The Restaurant reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice if the deposit is not received within this 10 days period.
    4. Party menus apply to a minimum number of 6 people
    5. On receipt of your deposit you will then receive email confirmation from us.
    6. Final numbers are due one week prior to the date of your party night and these numbers are taken as final.
    7. Additional numbers will only be catered for subject to availability.
    8. Management reserves the right to refuse admission on the day.
    9. Lunch bookings are from 12 noon to 2.30pm bar closes at 4pm and tables must be vacated by 5pm.
    10. We do not have the facility to issue individual bills, however bills are clearly itemised for your attention.
    11. 10% Service Charge will be added to the final bill

    La Caverna offers a 10 % Discount for Christmas parties booked on Sundays to Wednesday in December and any day in January 2019. Christmas Dinner Menu only. Minimum of 6 people for party.
