Terms and Conditions
We are happy to make a provisional booking for you. To confirm your reservation, please follow these steps:
1. Confirm your booking date by phone or email at info@lacaverna.ie.
2. A non-refundable deposit of €10 per person is required within 10 days of the initial booking.
3. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice if the deposit is not received within these 10 days.
4. Party menus are available for groups of 6 or more people.
5. Once your deposit is received, we will email confirmation of your booking.
6. The final guest numbers must be confirmed one week before your event, and these numbers will be considered final.
7. Additional guests will only be accommodated subject to availability.
8. A €20 charge per person will apply for any confirmed guests who do not show up on the day.
9. Management reserves the right to refuse admission on the day.
10. Lunch bookings are available from 12 noon to 2:30 PM, with the bar closing at 4 PM and tables vacated by 5 PM.
11. We are unable to issue individual bills, but all bills will be itemized for your convenience.
12. A 12% service charge will be added to the final bill.
La Caverna offers a 10% Discount for Christmas parties booked from Sunday to Wednesday in January 2025.
