Our online reservation system is securely managed through OpenTable, a trusted third-party booking platform. When making a reservation via our site, you will be redirected to OpenTable’s interface.

By making a reservation, you agree to OpenTable’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, in addition to La Caverna’s policies outlined here.

Please note:

We recommend arriving on time to ensure your table is held.

For groups of 5 or more, a deposit or set menu agreement may be required.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in future booking limitations, loss of deposit, or other penalties.

Children under 14 are not permitted in the Cellar Dining Room unless as part of a private event. We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly ask that you contact the restaurant in advance for more information.

2. Menu & Dietary Requirements
While we make every effort to keep our online menu up to date, items and prices are subject to change without prior notice. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform your server upon arrival.

We do our best to accommodate all dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee that any dish will be entirely allergen-free.

Although we aim to update our online prices promptly, in case of delay, the prices listed on our in-restaurant menus are final. If unsure, please check with the restaurant prior to booking.

3. Special Offers and Vouchers
Promotions, offers, or gift vouchers may be subject to specific conditions such as expiry dates or limited availability. These will be clearly stated at the time of issue. All vouchers must be presented at the time of payment.

7. Restaurant Conduct & Management Rights
Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest who appears to be under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.

We are committed to offering all our guests respect, care, and appreciation—and we kindly expect the same in return. Please treat our staff, fellow diners, and restaurant property with courtesy.

Any intentional damage to our property, including crockery, furniture, or décor, may result in charges being added to your bill to cover repair or replacement costs.
